The latest release of Wineskin is
Made for WS4 based Wineskin Engines
it is available at the sourceforge.net project page
List of updates/changes from 1.1 to 1.2
•Lots fixes and optimizations, not going to list them all...
•Importing, Exporting, and switching engines on wrappers now automatically fix the prefix to the current Wine version right away, not waiting until the first time you use the wrapper. This fixes many issue of hanging Wine processes.
•WineskinSC import had many little issues that were fixed, it should work a lot better.
•Creating wineprefixes inside the wrapper should be much faster, and less chance of messing up. This will fix wrapper creation, and wineprefix rebuilds... as well as many times wrappers would just fail to create right.
•Added an option in Wineskin Configuration of a wrapper to be able to use Start.exe to launch the app in Wine. This works better with some programs, but it also allows the use of .msi and .bat files, not just .exe. This option was also added to Custom EXE launchers.
•Winetricks inside of WineskinSettings.app has a built in updater, to allow you to get the latest version of Winetricks automatically.
•New Engine base, WS4
•Latest updates for Wine and Xquartz dependencies/requirements
•Xquartz running xorg-server 1.9 RC5 (the RC5 is very stable, didn’t wait for release because some of these changes are badly needed, and release is a month away. In a few months there should be an update to WS5 based which will add RANDR for proper fullscreen, rootless and resolution switching, WS5 will then be the last major WS engine base update, with ones after that very minor.)
•Works on Mac OS X 10.5 and later (yes WS4 drops 10.4 support. WS3 engines will still run on 10.4 with Wineskin 1.2)
•Cold start time bug fixed... wrappers start up fairly quickly even if the machine has rebooted... no more 30 second waits.
•No need to run in an admin account! Yes WS4 engines can run on a normal user account fine
•Requires Wineskin 1.2 based wrappers.
•New WS4 custom build environment that supports building Crossover Wine source.
•Engine downloads available for several Crossover and Crossover Games Wine versions, not just normal Wine.
•old WS1 and WS2 engines no longer supported, and will not work in Wineskin 1.2. Update your engines to WS4 (or WS3 if you need 10.4 support)

Earlier changes
List of updates/changes from 1.0 to 1.1
•Tons of little bug fixes and optimizations
•Going to distribute Wineskin.app in a dmg, not a mpkg. The built in updater in 1.0 will fail to update properly. You just need to download the dmg, mount it, and drag and drop Wineskin.app to replace the old version and your update is complete.
•1.1 fully made to run with WS3 based Wineskin Engines
•WS3 Build environment is available so anyone can custom compile their own Wine builds for Engines.
•Default .reg entries on wrapper creation will point static entires to the Public user folder, so that wrappers will not have strange problems when run on a different computer or under a different user.
•If you run a Wineskin wrapper and you do not have the proper Wineskin Engine installed, it will give you a button that will open the engine download page for you.
•Added a kill button for Wineskin processes to the main Wineskin.app window. Works like the button in WineskinSettings.app.
•Xquartz in Wineskin will load X11 fonts from your local machine as long as you have X11 installed. This still wont fix if Wine is not able to use the font correctly. You must have Apple X11 installed, Xquartz X11 installed, or a Macports install of Xquartz for the Fonts to load right. The wrapper will still function if these are missing.
•Winetricks in WineskinSettings.app will refuse to run if you have any spaces in the name of the wrapper or the path containing it. This is to prevent many many problems with the Winetricks script. Just temporarily rename your wrappers without spaces, then put the spaces back in when you are done with Winetricks.
•CustomEXE launchers should launch quickly and multiple ones all from the same wrapper at the same time in case you choose to do that.
•added a few more default registry entires on wrapper creation that should help with Wine on Macs, including fixing winebrowser so that URLs in programs can open the default Mac web browser.
•WineskinSC wrappers can now be imported using the Import button on the wrappers tab.
•added an option to WineskinSettings.app Screen Options to force the Installer to run in Rootless Normal Window mode instead of using the specified settings. Very useful since most installers run better this way, but you may want to share a game wrapper set to run in fullscreen.
•Wrapper creation and copying will happen after you type the info and press enter, you don’t have to physically click the create button anymore.
•Made wrapper creation work faster, and more reliable, without relying on wineprefixcreate to do it all. There are some explorer.exe errors you may see on Mac OS X 10.4 related to this, but they can be safely ignored.
